Career Oriented Soft Skill Program (COSAH) is an online training programme. This programme comprises of two parts that covers 16 soft skill modules, 10 Personality Development modules and 6 Preventive health care practices and stress management modules to lead a healthy life. Each module will be covered with Lessons followed by Reading Materials and Assignments besides activity oriented exercises.
